  • Camels, commonly referred to as 'ships of the desert', have for thousands of years played a vital role in the region, influencing every aspect of daily life. Camel racing is a pretty unique sport in the UK, only coming to these shores eight years ago. The Camels and the jockeys are specially trained here and wear colourful outfits in the Arab style.
